Together, we’ll embark on a powerful inward journey using conscious connected breathing — your own natural, transformative tool to reconnect with your body. This breathwork practice allows you to release stored tension, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs, while opening the door to deep peace and self-love.
Throughout the session, I will gently guide you through your personal experience using a blend of music, healing sounds, and intuitive touch. Afterwards, there’s space to share what came up. Being held in a circle of like-minded souls can be incredibly supportive and healing.

This breathwork circle is held in a small group of no more than five participants. The intimate setting allows for deep personal attention and genuine connection. As the masks come off, space is created for true, heartfelt encounters. The sense of recognition and support within the group fosters a strong feeling of safety — an essential foundation for your inner journey.
After participating in this circle, you’ll likely feel more connected to your emotions. Many people experience a deep sense of inner calm or gain new clarity and insights. It’s also common to feel a sense of release — as if you’ve let go of something you didn’t even realize you were holding onto. A breath of freedom, from the inside out.

The breathwork session takes place in my serene private practice space, surrounded by nature on a quiet private estate.

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with practical information on how to get there and where to park.
While it’s absolutely possible to breathe in any type of clothing, I’ve found that wearing something comfortable makes a big difference. Avoid tight pants, bras, or belts. Dressing in layers is always a good idea — so you can adjust to whatever your body needs during the session.
Essentially, everything you need for the session is already provided, so you don’t have to bring anything. However, you’re welcome to bring a few personal items if you prefer:
– Glasses if you wear contact lenses
– A bottle of water
– Warm socks
– A notebook and pen to jot down insights
– Your own eye mask (optional — we have them available too)
