Each session begins with a brief check-in to explore how you’re feeling in your body. From there, we move into a combination of mobility-based bodywork, gentle yoga, and somatic tools to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and support natural energy flow.
We also explore intuitive nutrition and rhythms that fit your life and body — not as rules, but as guidance. Whether you choose a private session or a small group, every session offers a grounded, compassionate space to reconnect with yourself.
This group session offers a grounded space to reconnect with your body in the presence of others. Together, we explore gentle bodywork, mobility, and breath, combined with reflective moments to tune into your own physical and emotional needs.
You'll receive supportive guidance around intuitive nutrition and personal rhythms, all within a safe and nurturing group setting. The shared energy helps you feel seen, inspired, and reminded that you’re not alone on your journey.
In this private session, we tune into what your body needs most right now. Through personalized movement, breath, and intuitive nutrition guidance, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body and restoring your energy.
The session moves at your pace and meets you where you are — offering a safe space to listen inward and gently release what no longer serves you.
The real work often begins after the session. You’ll receive gentle suggestions to help you integrate what’s come up — whether that’s rest, movement, nourishing meals, journaling, or a grounding ritual.
You’re always welcome to share how things unfold. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone.
