If you’ve never done breathwork before, it might be hard to imagine how breathing can support healing or self-discovery.
In our sessions, we use Conscious Connected Breathing — a powerful technique where you breathe in a continuous flow, without pauses. This shifts the balance of oxygen and CO₂ in your body, quieting the thinking mind and allowing access to deeper emotional layers.
It’s in this space that stuck emotions can be released and meaningful insights can arise.
A session lasts around two hours and includes a short intake, the breath journey, deep rest, and a closing reflection. I may also use bodywork — like soft touch, de-armouring, or fabric work — intuitively tailored to what you need.
You don’t have to figure it out. Just breathe — and I’ll hold the space.
This 3-month transformational journey is for those who are truly ready to meet themselves — fully and honestly.
Through body-oriented coaching and conscious connected breathwork, we go beyond the surface and into the deeper layers of your being. This is where lasting change happens.

We’ll meet every three weeks for a deep 2-hour session.
In between, you’ll work daily with an inspiring book and guided reflection assignments to support your inner process.
Each week, we’ll also have a short “First Aid for Obstacles” check-in — a moment to quickly respond to challenges, triggers, or moments of resistance. This support is available via WhatsApp, voice messages, or email — so you never feel like you’re navigating the hard stuff alone.

Before we begin this journey together, we’ll schedule an intake session (approx. 45–60 minutes).
This session takes place at my practice in London, or by phone if that’s more convenient for you.
The focus of this conversation is to get to know each other, explore your needs and intentions, and give you space to ask any questions you may have. I’ll walk you through the process and explain what you can expect during the journey.
If you feel a full-body YES, we’ll also go ahead and set the dates — so make sure to bring your calendar!
The intake session is free if you decide to move forward with the program.
If you choose not to join after the session, a fee of €75 applies. This fee is paid in advance — and will be deducted from the total amount if you sign up for the program later.
